As a physical therapist for over 20 years, Jennifer has always been active and interested in health and wellness and the prevention of injury/disease. But fitness quickly became a PASSION when she realized the greater long term benefits it had on mental health, energy, happiness, and overall connection with others.
“My approach is simple. Education, Consistency and Creating Long-term Habits. I don’t believe in dieting or quick fixes, as we all know that doesn’t promote lasting effects. I educate my clients on making healthy choices, physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. We are looking for life change that ultimately leaves you feeling like the best possible version of you.”
